Whether it's old photos or flowers or a particular food, if it makes you happy, embrace it!
These last few months have been a bit of a whirlwind of emotions for me. After dropping out of university back in December I have had to re-plan my life and the path I want to walk down.
This has meant that I have been feeling quite down and lost within myself; unsure what will be round the corner. Feeling this way has made me realise that life is too short to be stressed out and down in the dumps about things that are quite small when put into perspective. I have a brilliant job at the moment, and yes it isn't what I plan on doing for the rest of my life but a lot of people would kill to be in my position. I have amazing family, friends and boyfriend and I am healthy. In reality, the latter are the things that are the most important.
A recent gesture of kindness from my boyfriend made me realise all of my above points. After passing my driving test, he turned up at my door and surprised me with a bouquet of roses.

Once you are happy within your own body, and smiling becomes a natural thing for you again, everything else will follow. Believe in yourself and you can overcome and achieve anything!
Keep a hold of the Little Things that make you happy and put things into perspective to understand what is truly important and your happiness will takeover.
